In a culture that often teaches us to fear or suppress our feelings, reconnecting with the innate intelligence of emotions can be a revolutionary act. This workshop is a deep immersion into the five core feelings: anger, sadness, fear, joy, and shame. Each of these emotional forces has a specific function, and when we learn to recognize, welcome, and work with them, they become powerful allies. Rather than being at the mercy of overwhelming emotions or numbing ourselves to avoid them, we begin to relate to them as messengers—each carrying information that guides us back to our truth.
One of the core tools introduced in this level is the Emotional Compass, a practical and intuitive framework that helps you understand what each feeling is pointing to and how to respond accordingly. You’ll explore the difference between clean, present-time feelings and emotional baggage, and develop the ability to stay grounded in emotional intensity without being swept away. This is not about emotional control or self-regulation in the conventional sense—it’s about relationship: learning to relate to your feelings with respect, curiosity, and trust.
Participants often describe this workshop as a turning point in their relationship to themselves. By fully experiencing the power of feelings—not as problems, but as purposeful inner movements—you gain access to vitality, clarity, and deeper authenticity. This level provides the emotional resilience needed to meet life’s complexity with openness, and lays a strong foundation for the inner maturity explored in the following modules.
This workshop is Level 3 of a 6 part Workshop Series held by Vivian Dittmar.
