Vipassana is an ancient meditation from the Far East, it means ‘seeing things as they are, to see clearly.’ It has been used 2500 years ago in the times of Buddha as a tool to help people to come in contact with their true nature.
Sitting silently in meditation and shifting the awareness from the outside world to the inner space, observing the breath, the thoughts, and all that arises from within at the present moment.
When sitting silently and watching, just being with what is – stillness and awareness, the ever-present quality – arises from within. A space that cannot be explained but can only be experienced.
